Administrators of PIN Pad readers / smart card users

  • If you are new to Barclays.Net please visit Getting started
  • If you are an existing client who has received a renewal or replacement card, please visit the activation page to find out more.
  • If you are an active PIN Pad user who requires a new version of the software, please visit our Signing Software download site or contact our helpdesk.

Administrators of Barclays Biometric readers / Smart SIM users (Barclays.Net only)

  • If you are new to Barclays.Net, please visit Getting Started 
  • If you are an existing customer who has received a renewal or replacement card, please visit the activation page to find out more.
  • If you are an active Biometric user who requires a new version of the software, please visit the Biometric Reader Enrolment page and select ‘Barclays Signing Software’ under the Important Links section or contact our helpdesk.
